EVGA 750w Supernova GA Whistling Noise

Hey all, I got a brand new EVGA 750w GA Supernova today and it's making this weird whistling noise. It's brand new and I didn't notice this in my old Power Supply, although it did have a bit of coil whine, it was nothing like this. I'll include a video here for some guidance. Any ideas on what this is? I'm in the process of getting an RMA but this is the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me concerning power supplies lol.

    It is probably a one off issue, I would be very surprised if the replacement has that issue.

    I got a EVGA supernova 850 ga a few months ago. just got a evga 3080 ftw ultra and the power supply is singing. rma'ed it and got another one. no whine!
