Hello guys. First of all , sorry about my English.
I needed some cheap and 450-500W Power Supply. Unforunately i had a mistake to buy EVGA PSU from amazon.com. It was discounted on that day ( Only $21 ! ) I decided to buy it.
Anyway, i've placed my order and item has arrived.
I just opened package and installed Power Supply to my computer. There was some fan noise, like old tractor , and i thought some cable hitting to some case fan. I just turned off PC and make it right cable management. I've tried one more time and this continued for some time. Then i realized this noise could come from my "new power supply" and i took a video for youtube from this defective/broken item.
Also, i bought new power supply from my country and i've contacted with amazon, they processed refund for me then i didn't run my PC until i got a new PSU.
Last night, i wanted to figure out what happened to EVGA PSU and how it is making noise like that.. I just opened inside and i have seen some fan part was inside the PSU, almost melting. Fan is placed really bad and fan legs( i don't know how can i explain ) were broken. I just noticed that noise could happen because broken legs of fan.
However, today i got my new Power Supply and installed. There was some problem like back USB ports were not working, my SSD was working really really slow. ( I tested and it was showing 220MB for Read) I am gonna ask this question you dear users. Could EVGA Defective PSU cause this problem? My computer get damaged and i don't think this happened while my pc was waiting for new power supply. If this system is broken right now because of EVGA, i have 300$ loss. I really don't know what should i do and i've contacted with EVGA customer service, they offered me to send replacement order to me. I don't have "healthy" computer anymore that i can use new replacement power supply. Thanks for answers. Regards from Europe!
