Hey guys on the latest drivers and stock bios - and using PX1 on the standard settings, the fans spin up and turn off over and over again making a clicking noise when idle... I've tried to tweak the fan curve with the slient / stealth / aggressive but it doesn't seem to make a difference. If I dont leave it on auto, the fans only spin at whatever % i set then when under load the fans blast to 100% since it's not using a curve. ......... any ideas?

I would suggest DDU and clean driver install (google if you don't know how ... it's simple)
 
Also - try reflashing both bios.

You could swap the switch to the OC BIOS position to change the fan profile behavior.
 
Or you could create a custom fan profile with Precision so that the fan never stops.

Just read a few ppl who bricked their cards by flipping the bios switch yikes
