EVGA 3080TI XC3 Posts to Display 1.4ports instead of HDMI 2.1

I have had varying combinations of monitors but the best one is using HDMI 2.1 120HZ HDR no DSC.
Post goes to the display ports instead of the hdmi port.  Is there a way to change this post to the main monitor (HDMI 2.1).

    NVidia sets priority and users can not control it.

    The way I've gotten around it - I don't turn on any DP monitors/devices until after I've booted with my HDMI 2.1 TV.
