I bought a new 3080 evga ftw3 ultra just before christmas and have been experiencing multiple problems going from windows crashes (DPC atchdog violation, WHEA uncorrectable error, IRQL, etc...) to a lot of graphical artefacts in games such as flashing textures/lighting. even browsing chrome I get some blue or red artifacts often on the 2nd screen like in this video around 5 seconds:

Is this something known with a fix or should I RMA this broken card?

No, test the card in another pc like your friends, or a pc shop near you.

Download psx1 if you haven't already. Under clock the card and see if the artifacts go away. If they do your card is bad.

I think this may be a good idea.

Running at 1710 and it's still happening!

Well I reinstalled windows fresh to see if that would fix it running on 461.09 and it's still occuring :(
 
I'll try to see if my old pc can support the 3080 to troubleshoot, but I know this build didnt exhibit this bug with my 1070 before getting the 3080 about 2 months ago...
 
Anything else I should try before RMA?

I see another post, where a user was getting mostly red video, with some blue speckles, after some game play.
They tried everything on the laptop, hardware, drivers, etc.   
They said the problem went away when they unplugged the monitor, and plugged it back in, along with the video cable.
Next time it happens, try that, if that fixes it for the moment, it may be your monitor, or cable.

BTW we are having the same problem as above, and will check the monitor next time.
