EVGA 2070 Black intense coil whine

Hello everyone! i just purchased this 2070 from microcenter and I have some insane coil whine. I can hear it through my headphones when playing games. Does this go away over time? Should I be concerned? I made sure the 8 pin is connected snug on both the card and the power supply and I have re-seated it.

GPU: EVGA 2070 black
PSU: Cooler master masterwatt 650 bronze rates
