EVGA 1300w G2 .. fan no longer spinning ?

We just got a NEW EVGA 1300w G2 PSU
Originally the fan was spinning .. now it is not
This power supply has an eco-mode switch, but I have tried with both ON & OFF
The fan now never spins ?
Since the product is only days old .. just concerned may need to replace
Any ideas ?

    If the fan is not always running with ECO Mode turned off, then return it to where you bought it from or RMA it to EVGA (whichever is better for you) because it's faulty.

    If you RMA to EVGA, register your product (which you should always do anyway) and Start new RMA..You'll pay shipping to them and they will pay return shipping back to you..Read the Shipping Guidelines about how to send it and what NOT to send.
