Will this work with a X99 Classified Motherboard?
System:
Cosmos II case.
Intel 6950X cpu with Corsair H100i v2 water cooling.
Corsair Dominator Platinum 3000MHz ram (4X16GB).
EVGA GTX 1080 (pascal) Hybrid video card.
Samsung SSD drive.
Seagate Barracuda 2Tb drive.
Looking to expand for more hard drives and EVGA GTX 1080 video cards in the future.
Can  I get slightly longer cabling for my PSU because of the case?

I have the same case. I know what you mean about cable lengths. I agree, they could be a tad longer. As far as the 1300G2 Power supply. You're good! Lot of headroom! Don't have to worry about even upgrading to SLI. You have plenty of juice! Hope you mean SSD's and not hard drives.

I've got no complaints about my 1300 G2.  It's been solid and quiet for a couple years now.  And a nice 10 yr warranty.  It's more power than I need, but I prefer it that way.  It will work fine powering your rig...

1300w is a large overkill and will be less effective than a lower wattage PSU, if you aren't planning on a full big watercooled loop and sli with heavy overclocked, even a 1000w would be overkill.
