My card seemed to have sprung a leak somewhere inside... Had it for 1 year 1 month.
Bottom is discolored (wet/oily stain) and the pins at the bottom are partially wet/oily (the motherboard where this card was in also has some wet stains around one area). Front black cover has 2 spots with oily stain near the top-middle and bottom-middle of the card as well.
The backplate has some areas of oily residue.

Temperature wise, it runs fine around 40-50c.
Also noticed recently while playing games after about 30-50min the nvidia driver crashes (i think... screen turns black and restores, games either get completely frozen or dies with exception popup... Rarely will it not recover and screen remains unresponsive until I hard reset the computer). That may either have to do with the leak on mobo or card issues.. not sure.

I guess it's time for rma?

    STOP USING THE VIDEO CARD!!!!!!
RMA it unless you want to kill the motherboard too.

Looks like thermal pad leakage to me, and not an aio leak.

Looks like normal/common thermal pad silicon wicking. It doesn't look like the AIO is leaking. I would keep using it and not worry about it.

Edit: buy some alcohol wipes (isopropyl alcohol, NOT acetone or anything else harsh!) and wipe down the plastic and backplate to make it look nicer. But, if you are going to use common/cheap wipes, MAKE SURE not to touch any circuit board components or allow it to drip/wick on the circuit board. If you are going to clean the circuit board, only do so after buying high grade/high purity isopropyl alcohol and let it dry well before using/powering-on the card.

Even if the hybrid sprung a leak at the pump, it wouldn’t go through the PCB to the other side of the card.

Like others mentioned, it appears to be thermal pads seeping oil. It isn’t conductive or harmful to the GPU, it’s just ugly/sticky.

Is it safe to assume the oil wouldn't affect the motherboard?

Also noticed this leak but on the other tube is fine.
Appears to be the same oily stuff and staining the metal enclosure (tried cleaning just the side with isopropyl alcohol and can't remove the stain, oh well).

I had one that looked like this as well but was the Oil from when it was put together.
Mine Never did Leak in that spot. Did the same "tried cleaning just the side with isopropyl alcohol and can't remove the stain"
You might want to Blow out the Radiator before you install back in your Computer.
You can even use Hot Water to Clean it out and then wait 24 Hours before you install in into your Computer.
Might want to replace the Thermal Paste (TIM) as well, some TF8 or MX-4 would work well.
