EVGA 1000 G+ SATA and PERIF/MOLEX Question

Can I use the SATA port on the modular PSU, but plug in the PERIF cable (Molex) in it, instead of the SATA connectors?
 
Is the wattage/voltage rating on the SATA port and PERIF port the same?
