Well, it seems it is easier for them to manage gpu's in us. I was thinking of getting a chance at the queue for europe, but I guess no way this year.

It really feels to be that case... Jacob replied to my post telling me there are separate queues, but not actually clearing the rumor about the card allocations.
... but now if I think about it, if the NA queue cards are sent from different locations than the EU queue (*Orders placed on EU.EVGA.com & DE.EVGA.com & FR.EVGA.com are shipped from our Taiwan warehouse), then it could be possible that the cards are not allocated to the NA queue.
Still... if that is the case, what the heck is happening with the EU EVGA cards not purchased in time. Are they going to stores or what.

You need to reply to the email that was sent to you, letting them know your issue and intent to purchase, this way you will NOT loose your place.
Ok guys I have an update from Sales Support, I share it here if somebody else got his notification and can't complete the transaction with paypal: "Many thanks for your inquiry. We are aware that we have a PayPal problem at the moment and IT is on it. Since they are located in Asia, we will probably not find a solution today, but I will keep your other email open that we can put you on the list for the people with same problem. EU queue status update. Card signed up for: 12G-P5-3967-KR Signed up 6/3/2021 08:00:09 Got my notification yesterday at 09/03/2021 01:33 Except the checkout has been broken the entire day and nobody in EU could buy the card so all of our cards and spots in queue got burned and reallocated to USA queue, that's how much EVGA cares about European customers.
