Today I saw the first 3080 TI at basically MSRP with VAT in Germany 1449 euros Gigabit Eagle...... German VAT is 19% so exactly VAT would be 1427
Computeruniverse it is a big retailer but it is known for some shady policies......

In my country, 3080 TI FTW3 Ultra is now available stock MSRP almost continuously now.

I wrote that because queue is not as important as it was since Evga is supplying retailers.
 
Fact that card is not available in your country retail wise is because your retailers have not implemented measures to deny bots and scalpers. If they did so you would have also stock available.

 As a long dated loyal EVGA customer i feel this EU Elite queue is quite a scam. IF you do not have cards to distribute, don't take "orders reservation". Too easy to collect free demand region datas within the queue system in order to support distribution strategies. Go to analysts and pay for their reports.
I would have far preferred a raffle than this illusional adopted way which is only smoke and mirrors.
Besides the much appreciated attemp to favor gamers, if this is the implementation i feel been mocked hard;
nothing wrong about privileging one market above another but trasparency with the customer base is gold.
As marketing director i would never let customers to loose faith towards the brand; betraying customers is a commercial suicide.

Really? Not sure where you are, but for me prices for all of the 30 series are still far above MSRP (that's if they're even available at all). I can find 20 series cards in stock with relative ease, but they're still pretty far above MSRP.

1. All prices on eu.evga.com exclude VAT! During checkout there is calculated final price (include VAT + shipping) considering destination country. VAT is different for each country in EU !
2. eu.evga.com product page contains info *Orders placed on EU.EVGA.com & DE.EVGA.com & FR.EVGA.com are shipped from our Taiwan warehouse
3. Warranty is problematic. Check this document https://images.evga.com/warranty/shipping/GPU_EU_Shipping_Guidelines.pdf
From this document "You are responsible for shipping costs to EVGA, including any duties, fees, taxes or customs charges incurred. Retain your tracking information for future reference until your RMA has been completed."
I dont known where is the RMA service for graphics (EU orders) because in document is info only for PSU.
4. I am 13th in queue for hibrid 3080ti card and up to this day no one give notification for this card model in EU!
 
So where you see misinformations ?!?
  

1)There are no extra charges besides what you pay on checkout. No customs fees or anything else. This has been said at least 10 times on each European thread. You will pay the card’s price + your country’s VAT + postage (20-25E tops.). In the unfortunate event the carrier asks for extra VAT, EVGA will back you and will take care of that for you. That is the carrier’s problem and not EVGA’s. You can search for a recent thread from someone in Poland that had that happen. It is literally the same as buying from any distributor in the EU.
 
2) The used to have warehouses in the Netherlands and in Germany, they don’t anymore, that’s the reason they are shipping from Taiwan, and it is that way before the 3000 series release.
 
3)They would not be able to send anything or even conduct business at all if they did not offer and stand by their warranty. That is law in the EU. Your warranty stands, and you can even extend your warranty period for 10 years for a small fee. Also, EVGA’s warranty is one of the best in the industry. You can look for the known issues with the 3080s and EKs waterblocks. You are posting practically the same document most businesses have in the EU on their site as well. Why? Because it's literally the same document they had since they had warehouses in the EU! It’s not problematic, its self-evident. If you send your card back to them in an envelope, yes, you’re being stupid. Also, it is obvious that sending back a DOA card or in any other way defective, they will not charge you for a replacement and/or will refund shipping to them. More about the warranty here https://eu.evga.com/warranty/rmaprocess/ and here https://eu.evga.com/support/ear/ . You do realize that they the EU shop is open to other non-EU countries like the UK, right? Also, do you really think that your distributor will provide you with their own warranty, and not the manufacturer’s?

So, not sure how you assume all these things and throwing shade for no apparent reason other than the single fact that they are being completely hideous with the EU queues. 
 
Assuming they wouldn’t have handled the EU queues so badly and there was enough supply or care, you would have a card delivered to you, with no extra costs, at 1463,8€ (1199€ +20% VAT +25€ postage). Still a better price than any other EU distributor currently. You don't care for the 100€ difference and waiting? That's cool, at the end of the day, you are free to do as you please. You have a chance to get card, grab it. Yes, they messed up with the whole EU situation, no one is saying the contrary. But facts are facts.

Regarding taiwan shipments - I ordered a CLC a few weeks ago - and I only paid VAT in addition to the price advertised on the site, i.e. an additional 20%.
The EVGA warranty is the best - I had a problem with my RTX 2080Ti, request for RMA on Friday, reply on Monday, I shipped my card to Germany on Tuesday by express and on Friday I had my new card. (they are too strong !!).
This is particularly why I buy EVGA exclusively.
I managed to get a 3080Ti FTW3 ultra from a French retailer a few weeks ago at 1650 € TTC or a little over 150 € more than on the EVGA site, I sold my 2080Ti at 800 € very quickly because a lot of demand.

I put my date of entry on the spreadsheet. Hopefully we start seeing some movement soon! 

In Sweden the 3080ti's that are or come in stock, are not at MSRP price though. They are more around the MSRP of a 3090. Lmao

Alz* was offering Msi Ventus 3080ti for 1239 € include tax yesterday. Ignore evga stack and use google. Price is dropping each day.
