LIQMAX III offers universal metal mounting kits, supporting the CPU sockets of Intel (LGA2066/2011-3/2011/1366/1156/1155/1151/1150) and AMD (AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/ FM2+/FM2/FM1). The series currently comes in 120mm radiator size only. LIQMAX III will be available at retail at the end of March of 2019.
It doesn't support the TR4 socket but ENERMAX has a separate cooler for that socket. I couldn't find the pricing.
