I can't believe the Thermal correction frame on my 13900k is so much of an improvement and I didn't have to delid, with just EK V2 block and KPx.

Almost 4C drop from AIO cooling to EK water block
Nice ~11C drop with the direct die

around 13:43 on the video are the results, with an average of temps

What were the Temps before & after?

I really can't say what the improvement is exactly, only anecdotally.... I first built with a 12900k and 360 AIO and the first Cinebench run Thermal throttled in a couple minutes, rebuild with V2 and got it in the low 80s at 265w, and the 13900k with contact frame can stay in the 80s @ 340w, , I am still finding the sweet spot for this CPU but I had no idea I was over 300w just by looking at the temperatures. Only noticed it last night, So I have no A-A comparisons , and I think the golden cores of the 12900k were on the poor side of IHS contact too.
