It's a really great bundle, but I was hoping the price would be lower.

I see the starting price is 743.99 EUR/$872.91, so it is not cheap.

I think you are also paying for the convenience, though have noticed that CL products have been going up in price like everything else and the other thing you may notice when shopping for parts, is that stock is very low or back ordered.

It's a good approach for novices.  But, (for me) half the fun of doing a CL is selecting all the components.

I think that is what the product is aimed to promote by saving time with a complete kit and if it expands CL interest, that's great.

Some of us are just set in our ways about what products we use.  I imagine that a lot of people are like me, I have a brand I prefer for each component, so a lot of brand mix in my systems.

Yes.  Excellent point.  I also see my perspective of brand shifting over time.

I can't emphasize the "fun" part enough for looking at other people's systems, photos, researching, watching YT videos, and planning.  IMHO, if you're going to spend the time and cash to go CL -- have some fun.  I get that this pre-packaged solution is great for the first-timer.  But, I think it removes some of that "fun" element, along with the ability to consider optimizing each component and not being tied to a particular brand.
