EGA 850 BQ - sudden PC shut down
Have SN - thought I bought it from EVGA directly - can't access order history with other email -
With - can login to EVGA - can't access my account profile / check order history - asked to enter password - sent back to Login - Help!!
Need help with this - have SN - concerned about posting it here in public

You can also use the phone numbers for support. Though those are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time for the United States. EVGA - About Us - Contact Us

It says my name when I log into the old account - then this - I can't access my profile or order history Account Login Required Due to increased security measures, your password is required prior to continuing to the member profile page. Please enter your password below to continue. Endless loop - can't LOGIN to PROFILE - ORDER HISTORY If I did order the 850BQ from EVGA direct then it is under 10 year warranty - I will cancel the order I made Sat night for the 1000W P3 Not being able to access account info is very alarming - especially it the old account contains order history and PDT registration for warranty

Update - Successfully canceled the 1000W P3 from Amazon
Need to call EVGA and see the details of my order history with this account - Thank you for this suggestion
If I used this account to buy the 850BQ - then it will be listed here - and under the 10 year warranty
Question - can I warranty upgrade to the 1000W P3?

Account login issues are not unheard of. Bugs with this website, in general, occur periodically.
All I can recommend is that you try from different computers with different browsers and hope that you can find a combination where login is successful. Otherwise, all you can do is wait for EVGA to help you on Monday.
This forum is a user-to-user forum. We are not EVGA employees. EVGA employees sometimes visit this forum and respond, but it is a random occurrence and should not be expected. If it happens that an EVGA employee shows up in this forum and responds, it is rarely on a weekend.
