EEVGAA, GGTX, elitee, 4 that GPU, fun's, funs, fork, ...

I am not sure if English is your native language, but try harder next time. You may get a more useful reply if you try harder.

Have you tested each card, individually, one at a time, plugged directly into the top slot of the motherboard, with no PCI-E slot risers, and no cable extensions or power adapters? Have you tested with no Precision XOC installed and after uninstalling and reinstalling the NVIDIA graphics driver each time?

Can you tell us about your motherboard, power supply, and anything else you want to share? Information, pictures, videos, anything!

And EVGA OC don't shows Power temp, and memory temp.

The following should resolve your issue...

#1 Uninstall precision xoc.
#2 Shutdown pc.
#3 Unplug pc from wall.
#4 Hold case power on button for 30 seconds.
#5 Plug pc back into wall.
#6 Turn on system, install latest version of precision xoc, reboot pc.

With no risers, no wiring adapters, no cable extensions, only using 1 power supply, testing only 1 card at a time plugged in directly into the top motherboard slot, does each card work? Refer to the first reply, otherwise you are wasting yours and everyone else's time. Risers, cable extensions, and adapters are known to cause these sorts of problems. Once you test and find out exactly which part is causing it not to work, then you can replace the part which is bad.

You think I'm don't test it? I'm testing! Work's only one GPU, but they don't work correctly. GPU 1 don't work, GPU 2 works, but system don't see it, GPU 3 don't work, GPU 4 fans allways spirit in 100%, before they don't work's to!
