Hello It has been more than 2 weeks since I apply for a rma (EAR) and I am still waiting for the validation.
How long will I have to wait?
No communication on the delay It is already quite frustrating to order a hs graphics card, if you have to wait 3 months for a replacement ...

    Have you contacted EVGA, or did you just submit your EAR and leave it be? I would suggest opening a ticket under the product that needs to be RMAed or call support for your region.

    I see that your RMA was submitted on 21 November, and is still awaiting approval. I see that one of our EU team already replied to your email questions. It should be approved soon.

    Well 9 days isn’t more than 2 weeks, so that is good.
