"The TTD experience is one of our high priorities right now and there are a lot of important and complex pieces that are being investigated to identify any issues in that area, including netcode," core gameplay designer Florian Le Bihan said. "We are also expanding the scope of our investigation and improvements to other components that are directly related to the player experience when it comes to getting shot, receiving damage, etc."

Experiments with TTK adjustments will begin soon, he said, although it sounds like EA is still nailing down exactly how it will be handled. The current idea is to roll out the changes globally, and then add a new playlist using the current TTK settings so players can compare the two directly, but that "may change as we're still investigating how to approach," Le Bihan said. Battlefield 5 Tides of War Chapter 1: Overture is set to come out on December 4.

Game hasn't even been out for 2 weeks and they are already talking about major redesigns. Maybe they should have sold a decent game to begin with? This idea of rushing multiplayer games out with missing features and bad game design and then taking 2 years to fix it is pretty absurd but it's now the SOP at DICE.

They're just following company policy for the last 8+ years.  I remember the 2 years of fixing for BF3, BF4, etc.

Seems that way with many publishers Fear. Their efforts won't help me, I'm the worst FPS player there is. Equally bad at all of them, still enjoy playing though...LOL

The downfall of readily available player telemetry. Used to be you had to balance well before launch by playing/testing, now they just watch the global statistics and turn the dials to balance.

It is a horrible multiplayer experience. Look at map. Wait seconds. Deploy. Die instantly. Repeat.

From the gameplay, it looks like fun but from that experience, gutcheck - that wouldn't be enjoyable at all.

The thing is the war stories are really fun so far. I was baffled by the multi player it’s a total meat grinder.

No more random bullet deviation. If your not assault, better hang back just a bit from the real hot action
and play with your squad seems to work out real well. For me @ least Gat
