All the time I am reading here post / topics around BIOS versions etc. However when I search the Download Site on EVGA and also checking the Precision X1 Software -> I cant find any information on "BIOS upgrades", just the drivers which are frequently updated. Is there a need to check it and / or possibility to do it?

No, not for a graphics card..There's rarely, if ever, a graphics card BIOS (VBIOS) update..But for a motherboard BIOS, there's usually updates that include things like hardware compatibility, performance improvements and other things stated in the release notes..You should at least make sure the motherboard BIOS is updated to the latest.
