As titles states; I've tried several things but I may be missing something. So you know how to grab a window and drag it over but it hasn't worked for me for several weeks. Including left-click and drag-highlighting then copy/paste. I haven't really addressed it as my daughter has been using my comp for her school homework but the point is...can ya help.

    I would first start off by going into settings and then personalization. Finally go to colors and checkbox "Title bars". That should at least tell you if you are clicking in the right spot the default white can make it a bit hard sometimes for some windows.

    If all else fails see if you happen to have an old system restore point prior to when the problem first began. Then restore your PC and see if the issue is resolved.

    Glad it was able to help. The new Windows 10 Windows are kind of nice but telling when you are on the title bar or missing it is a pain. You would think that they would have the window show the title bar when you hover over it with the mouse or something.
