Double Tax issue when checking out with 1-23 Promo

When checking out, I am experiencing an issue with being charged double the tax. Anyone else have this issue?

    Hello,
     
    We also noticed this earlier.  The issue is fixed now, so no one else should see this.  For those affected, we've already reviewed all orders and will be automatically refunding any overpaid taxes.
