Am interested in something from AMAZON APAC, i wonder if this falls under the international warranty?

    Yes it would, If the item is shipped and sold from Amazon you would have full warranty avlaible to it. For any RMA request the item would need to be shipped to our Taiwan office.

    I received my card and wanted to register for the product.
    But the warranty sticker seems tampered with, do i continue to register this product?

    The "XVX" cuts in the stickers are perfectly normal. They're to discourage tampering or removal of the sticker, as it will tear along the cuts. You'll see similar things on price tags in the store.
