I have ecga cpu cooler. I seen a gray dot middle of the circle when opened and did not put anything else is that okay ? I mean that comes with thermal already on it ?

    evga clc coolers come with thermal paste applied (or at least they should).

    perfect man, and also I had usa power supply plug. I used any psu's power cable plug to connect electiricity is that all okay ?
