Do parts purchased as part of the DIY Configurator on EVGA site count towards step up?

If I were to buy a EVGA 1060 6GB with a PSU and case via the DIY Configurator, would the GPU count towards EVGA's step up program?
 
Sorry if this was asked before but I can't seem to find any info anywhere.

    Yes the graphics card would qualify for the Step Up program if you bought it from a DIY configuration bundle.

    I was torn between the DIY bundle and just getting an EVGA 1050 from Newegg but it seems that if the 1060 card from the bundle qualifies, that would be the smarter investment.
     
    I'm still planning my build but I'll be ready to buy all of the parts for a brand new gaming rig when my money comes in on Mon or Tues.
     
    Either way, I badly need an upgrade from the old AMD FX build that I am running now haha.

    I really want the CPU cooler/GPU bundle but its sold out. 😐
