Do cards ever get removed from step up program? Is it ok to wait to sign up?

I have 78 days left to start the step-up.  I am on an 2060rtx sc ultra (which is running everything great @1080p), to the 3060, but I kinda don't want to do it right now. Cyberpunk comes out next week, and I have a week off of work (not just for the game, it was a coincident, but I'll take it).
I can see getting the notice to send the graphics card in and i would be stuck with using an old budget 1650 card for that whole week or longer.  So if I wait a few weeks and then do step-up will the same cards be offered.  Do they ever pull any cards off the program?

Right now there are two XC and FTW3.  I am still torn too on which to get. Waiting for some reviews with thermals. One i seen had the ftw3 at 72c on load, which seems high with all the custom heatsink and intellgent fans, etc.. My 2060 tops out at @64c on load @ 2050mhz boost with no OC.
Also concerned about the size, I only have one empty slot under my 2 slot 2060, and a few sata plugs.  Will that be enough clearance for the ftw3 or should i go with the XC model.

The quantity of people signing up means that it will be quite a while before your step up numbers gets called.  Once it gets called for step 2, it takes 24-48 hours to get verified, then moves to step 3 which is payment.  Once payment is submitted, it will take 1-2 days for full verification, then you will ship the card back.  At that point, you have up to 14 days to return the card..  so, what I am saying is, stop delaying and sign up because you won't be sending the card back next week. :-)

Thanks, whelp it looks like the XC got removed from step up.
Decided to sleep on it and pull the trigger this morning.
Put in for the FTW3 as it's now the only option, at least I don't have to weigh the choices.

Now to figure out what power supply i can get for under $75 (preferably under $60) for this card.
Currently sporting a 450w evga white 80+ which just won't cut it.

YES - EVGA could stop listing a current card

Products can be removed from or added to Step-Up availability at any time.

Signup for the Step-Up if the card your after is listed ... Step-Up is for the Item you selected when you filled out the form

If - you change your mind later -for any reason - As long as your still in your step-up window - you could cancel the step-up & make a new one for the other hardware

Was the XC ever part of the step up? This generation has had the FTW3 for each different model so far. I didn’t realized they had even listed the XC3 for this. Sorry about that.

Yeah XC was there yesterday, unless my mind is playing tricks on me (which after working a 70 hour work week is entirely possible).

Regardless the ftw3 is what i was going to go with anyway. I want better stock cooling. Now will it match or beat my sc ultra gaming 2060rtx, will have to wait and see as no one has reviewed it yet.
