Yup. Spam and be banned I would imagine. Not tolerated around here imo.

Go around the forums asking basic questions or post  in topics and say good job etc. You can say "nice system" etc in the mod rigs section. reply to gaming news articles if you want.

I am going to purchase a power supply from EVGA in the near future, but not sure if I would get anything else so get to two before I buy a new graphics card. I will try to be active instead and reach the 100 posts needed. Just hope they keep selling the elite cards by the time I reach my goal, and begin assembling parts in July. Anyone know if there is a time limit on how long these color options will be offered?

I 110% agree with that. It would feel more special for the "Elite" program as a whole.

Then it would seem far to easy to just get into the program by buying a few products. At least 100 posts is a bit more reasonable, and a valid option over just dropping some cash.

I really don't get the whole I need to spam for 100 posts thing. Really 3-4 posts a day isn't that hard to do and odds are you can find something interesting to talk about then in about a month you are golden with 100 posts.

Theres no big rush to get the 100 posts like there is a deadline or something. They are just starting this program so it will most likely be around for awhile. Don't spam the forums with nonsense and two word posts because they will get deleted and you will get reprimanded, if not banned. You get there when you get there man!!
