Do I have warranty?

Long story short, I bought evga geforce 1070TI FTW2 january 2018 from online store, but never registered it.Now if I resell it to another person does this product have waranty and can he register it?

    The card will have a 3 year transferable warranty. Please see the link below.

    Just make sure you have the information to register the warranty. It’s transferable but need to have the information to register the card.
