Do DLSS & Ray Tracing work together?

I always see videos of DLSS on vs DLSS off and Ray Tracing on vs Ray Tracing off, but I never see a DLSS & Ray Tracing on vs off.

    Often times the DLSS on and off videos are also using Ray Tracing at the same time. Ray Tracing is really putting the hurt on the FPS in the games so turning on DLSS really helps increase the frame rate.
