Hi, so i sent a brand new 650w supernova to the Preston depot as it made a loud buzzing noise and after about a couple of weeks of use the noise had gotten worse. Paid £15 for next day delivery hoping things would get sorted quickly as the advertised 1-3 day turnaround time sounded great. It's been in the 'preparing to ship product' step since last Tuesday. Seriously, what's the point in bragging about a 1-3 day turnaround time when that's clearly not the case? I emailed them last Friday and was told it would 'hopefully' ship early this week. Today, I was told they can't give me an ETA. I'm seriously thinking about buying a bequiet psu with next day delivery now as i need it urgently for work next week.

Hello Crazyvan25 and welcome to the forums! I'm sorry that your power supply has not been shipped out just yet and there must have been a reason for that. I have gone ahead and sent you an email so that I can help you get this situation sorted out for you. -Jose C.

That is what we call smoke being blown up your backside. No excuse at all for them to not be able to give you a ETA on a power supply RMA. If you do shop around for a new PSU, check out SeaSonic flagship prime series.

My experience with EVGA RMA is still ongoing. I am located from LATAM region(it annoys me that they don't include english as an option) and my PSU was purchased from Amazon US and shipped to me via a courier. My PSU was received by them on the 1/25 and I understood the 1-3 business days waiting time. When the 1-3 business days were up, I called and was told that they ship stuff in a large batch out on Thursday's(or something along those lines, I can't remember the exact wording) and lo and behold it was shipped to miami on Thursday. I am waiting on a tracking number from EVGA LATAM which i hope i get today(I'm extremely impatient. I hate this about me). So there is a slight possibility it might be similar in the EU Region. But I do agree they should update it and make it clearer.

Mine has been in the 'Preparing to ship product' stage since the 23rd: RMA Received: Received On: 1/23/2018 Shipping Status: Pending Shipping Out Option Selected: UPS Ground Part Number Out: 220-G2-0650-Y3 Next Step: Preparing to Ship Product At least be transparent and say that you have inventory shortages or whatever. Or offer an alternative solution to the problem (maybe send a different model back to me if that's in stock or offer a refund).

You cannot ship what is not in Stock, it happens and is not the end of the World. Blame this on the Miners as well.

A PSU also can be out of stock just like any other product. And Yes I know it is a PSU as you Posted Above Miners are also buying up all the PSU not Just GPU's. "what's the point in bragging about a 1-3 day turnaround time" It states; Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will ship via ground shipping to the address you provided within 1-3 business days. Not a 1-3 day turnaround time. Also this could be a Factor As Well "2 February : Candlemas/Imbolc/Saturnalia." "Or offer an alternative solution" This would have been a Cross Shipment or EVGA Advanced RMA But this is in the USA https://eu.evga.com/support/ear/ Standard RMA ( https://www.evga.com/howtorma/) - EVGA account membership and registration is required to contact customer service for troubleshooting and receive a support ticket for an RMA request.
- After approval, you will be responsible for shipping the product to EVGA, following our shipping guidelines.
- Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will ship via ground shipping to you within 1-3 business days. You may pay for expedited shipping at the time of the RMA request, but the 1-3 business day processing time is in addition to shipping.
- Standard Cross-Ship RMA
- EVGA account membership and registration is required to contact customer service for troubleshooting and receive a support ticket for an RMA request.
- After an RMA request is approved, you will be required to pay for the full replacement collateral price of your product. Cost of collateral is determined by EVGA.
- EVGA will ship via ground shipping to you within 1-3 business days.
- You will then be responsible for shipping your defective product back to EVGA, following our shipping guidelines.
- Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will refund the collateral paid in full. Your original product MUST be returned to EVGA within your 14 day RMA approval window in order to receive your collateral returned.
- The complete refund process may take 7-14 business days.
I am just saying that this is not a Perfect World, things happen and if we had a Perfect World then you would not of had an issue in the 1st Place.
