Just got my capture card this afternoon and hooked it up for a test run.  I kept running into the same issue that some other users were posting about with their PS4s and having to disable HDCP.  I have an Elgato HD60s and was expecting to have to do that with my PS4 but didn't think I would ever have to do this with my PC.  I guess I'm just curious if there's a reason this is required for this capture card when it wasn't with my Elgato?  I'm running an LG 27" 4k monitor with HDR and a Radeon VII.  Not sure if that makes a difference but I had to go into Radeon's software to disable HDCP and do a reboot.  That little puzzling hiccup aside, it's a nifty little capture card and the test stream I did looked great.  Well done, EVGA.

I'm not seeing a way to find that out.  I tried looking for the software that was mentioned on the store page but there was no link to it and the only software/drivers I could find on the site was to just update the firmware.  If I'm missing something (like where can I find the software that's advertised on the store page), please let me know!  I just ended up disabling HDCP through Radeon's software and that did the trick.
