building a new machine and considering evga motherboard. Can someone please explain what the difference in price gets me between these two boards. From looking at specs it seems nothing.

Doesnt the classified have 4 ram slots? and the dark series would be the main overlocking hog coming with only two?

I am just not seeing why the msi carbon wifi is costing 230 dollars more. Seems they are rather comparable

i mean by that logic all ATX z690 are comparable.  Do you care about PCB layers?  ethernet ports?  power phase?  one is premium, one is smedium.  both are probably fine.

dont forget MSI was also busted scalping graphics cards if that matters to you.

This is one thing I found that may lead me to buy MSI for less. Even though MSI is a garbage company

Will evga have something like that you think? Ill probably get the evga anyways to be honest. Gen4 m2 drives will be plenty for me during the 3-4 years i keep the desktop. 230 is worth knowing its a good company and has great QA

i don't buy anything but EVGA.  Yall are lucky the 3.0 Queue didn't count lifetime purchases.  my score would be over 9000.

I use Ekwb water cooling parts. Evga graphics cards and power supplies. First time Evga MB. Have an MSI x99 and an asus maximus extreme XII running. The new one will replace the x99. Asus killed me with the new prices. Evga earned my respect with their queue system and support response.

yes EVGA everything.  for my kids rigs too.  EVGA power supplies, EVGA Tower Cases, EVGA AIOs, Mice, Keyboard, even EVGA RAM in the past.  I've used EVGA CPU air coolers. EVGA Laptops, EVGA Tegra Notes.....  you name it.  Ive owned it.  (and always happy with it)

being US based matters to me.  support people that answer and know what they are talking about matters to me.  cross shipping RMA matters to me.  Even if their stuff wasn't typically the best (which it is anyway), I would still support them.
