Мне кажется нужно опять новую тему создавать... Почему нельзя отправить просто карту из вторичного фонда не понимаю.

Зачем мне карта из вторичного фонда?
Я себя что - на помойке нашел? Я заплатил 750 за новую видеокарту (в 2017 году). Взамен я хочу также получить новую, а не из "вторичного" фонда. 

Как я понял по RMA они присылают восстановленные карты, мне на замену согласовали такую-же 2080, у FTW3 проблема с отвалом чипов памяти, соответственно у них есть фонд восстановленных. Ну посмотрим конечно, думаю может через месяц придет уже.
Попробуйте новую тему создать, как мне показалось из США ребята, быстрей и адекватней реагируют, может толкнут кого нужно. Ну а в целом беспредел полный, я в РФ даже такое не могу вспомнить в магазинах.

Evga doesn't even answer my emails.
last email from evga was in November 2020

I've always trusted EVGA. Although this is an unusual case to deal with and overseas.. it did take a long time in this forum, but glad to see this was taken care of! I'm sure Escapism is going to be stoked getting the card he pretty much already lost hope in, as well as already buying a new card. Eventually, it always gets resolved!

Well. I received my GPU today after 15 months! This is victory!
 
Did you specifically set the price in the declaration too high ($ 650) so that I would pay $ 70 of customs duty? In the first parcel there was a declaration for $ 350 .. Has the video card risen in price during this time? I did not expect this from evga. Although why am I surprised?..

After two or three hours of playing Red Dead Redemption 2, the image on the monitor disappears (no signal). At the same time, you can hear that the computer is working (sounds in the headphones).
If I change the video card to rtx3080, then there is no such problem!
 
The driver is the latest from the nVidia website. I tried to reinstall driver via DDU. More options?))

LOL, Kids born when this Odyssey started already walk and talk.

I would just go back two or three revisions, just to see if the driver that is currently the primary. I know NVidia pushes hot fixes when there is an issue, and someone else reported having an issue with the newest driver recently.

I tried several different driver versions:
Hotfix - 461.51
WHQL 461.40
WHQL 460.79
WHQL 457.09
The situation repeats on all drivers.
In addition, I replaced the system disk for the test and installed clean windows 10 on it (license, trial period).
In all cases, the situation is repeated. After two or three hours of playing ANY game, the image disappears. After restarting, the image may not appear. You need to reboot again.

Sorry to hear you are still having issues. The value of the card was based on the MSRP so that is the value we place on the item. You can submit a new ticket about the product and we can look into warranty options but products shipped from our facility are tested prior to shipment. Sure, not every QA/RMA is perfect but we would be happy to work with you on this issue.
