So I woke up this morning and my machine was down dead in the water.  I restarted it and got a WUEA blue screen everytime I try and start it.  So I swapped the BIOS on the board to one of the backup ones and it SEEMED fine for a few seconds but it still wouldn't boot.   Finally after attempting to change the boot order to start testing stuff the entire bios froze, couldn't change anything.   Now I can't even get into the BIOS to make any changes.

Corsair Dominator Special Edition DDR4 32gb 3200
NVIDIA 1080 Ti
And all with a full custom water loop.  I never saw temps go over 69c under the most extreme of loads and the voltage was at 1.35v.

    UPDATE #01

Now the system won't even post, lights come on fan spins up but nothing.

    UPDATE #002

Tested the system with a new power supply and no memory yielded the same results, nothing on the monitor, no beeps, nothing.
I'm starting to believe the motherboard is the root cause, I keep getting random error codes each time I attempt to boot the thing up.  One minute I'll get a post beep and 9C error, next minute it's A2.

    Welcome to the Forum stryfetew
You can Edit your own posts to make changes or add more information.
Press and Old the Red Button on the Motherboard or the rear I/O Panel on the back as you turn on your computer and hold for a count of 5 or 6.
This will reset the Bios to the default settings.
You may also want to remove the CPU and see if you have any Bent CPU Socket Pins, the CPU Cooler may have be screwed on to tight.
A2 is good and the Bios is looking for a Bootable Device.
Your vCore of 1.35v seems a tad high as well.
You can also remove all the memory and use only One Memory Stick for testing.

I've tried to swap the bios on the board with the switch and kept getting the same results no matter which one I swapped to.  The strange thing is I get a different error code everytime, it's never the same thing twice.  And the other strange thing is when I connected the new PSU it did post but got hung up, I cut it off and try it again to get into the BIOS and it wont even post.

EDIT: After trying that I get an error code of 62.
The strange thing is the system has been rock solid stable for a month at 5ghz with 1.35 Vcore.

Not really a "got hung up" you need to wait at lest 5 minutes with the amount of memory you have installed.
You computer may also shut down 2 of 3 times to setup the memory.
I hope the PSU you tested with is of the Same Make and Model Series if not you can burn up your computer components.

5ghz with 1.35 Vcore. Maybe so but when you overclock a CPU you have an unknown life left in a CPU.

I've never seen a board take 5 minutes to post with 32gb of memory, not even server boards take that long.   This system boots when working in under 30 seconds.

No, not after the Motherboard has set the Memory up but it can the First time or after you reset the Bios or update the Bios.
My X99 with 64GB took 4 minutes and 4 Reboots to set the memory after a Bios Update.
I can add my Dell Server with 1024GB of memory takes 6 minutes to post through the Bios and on a Power Up.

UPDATE: I got a z170 ftw board that I flashed the latest bios to support the kaby lake.  Needless to say the same problem exist so the problem is the chip itself has died and not the board.

hope that chip is under warranty, 5ghz seems to be the killer speed for these chips.
