Dark X299 memory issue

Here system
This motherboard
Intel I7 8 core 3.6 GHZ
4 Memory G skills Ripjaw 3200 16-18-18-38 1.35v DDR4
Samsung 970 M.2 512GB
EVGA 1000 PSU
EVGA 1080 GTX Ti Hybrid SC2

The motherboard BIOS is updated and windows is too

The problems is that can't get the memory to post on the other side of the DDR4 slots got 16 GB of memory but it only shown 8 GB on two of the DDR4 slots
how do I get the other 8 GB slots to show another 8 GB and make them go into 4 channel memory?

    Never mind guys I figure it out. 
    updated CPu-z and plus took out two memory on slot 1 and 2 out and start the BIOS or PC up and then shutdown and installed memory again and it boot up

    I know you have it working but have you set the memory profile to XMP-1 in the bios yet?
     
    Also turn retrain on boot on - mine was default off

    it on manual mode it at 3200 speed and timming at 16 -18-18-18-38 and the 300 timing and 8300 timing and the rest is set to auto.

    It doesn't matter if you have some of the memory stuff manually set - training will let the system finish tweaking the rest of the memory setting on auto
