Hi EVGA
Ive called DPD UK this afternoon to try and find out where my FTW3 is and they said it looks like it's missing in the Netherlands, I've not had an update from Evga support yet.
Looks like it's not going to make it here for my birthday on Thursday. Very disappointed to say the least.
Are any others still waiting for the 10th of May deliverys?

While it may not be EVGA's fault, they have insurance, and that will cover the loss of his card.

DPD told me that EVGA have to contact them to push an investigation. I know it's not EVGAs fault as they did the job of handing it to DPD.
But how long is it going to take for the 2 parties to talk then ship out another to me? Not in time I feel for my Bday 🎂🎉🎊

It happens all the time with all the shippers or carriers world wide.
It is not because it was shipped from or by EVGA.
why are you being so defensive  no one said it was EVGA's fault... OP clearly said "DPD lost my FTW3" not "EVGA lost my FTW3" he just wants help from an EVGA rep.

Been speaking to German support and emailed them 3 times now and so far not got anything back other than we are looking into it.
Right at the end of my tether now, nothing against the staff member in Germany I have been speaking to but this is just not good enough, I should have gone down the road and brought one...

Yup exactly the same, dpd tracking shows oldbury (which is when they printed the docket)
Spoke to them and exactly the same, left Netherlands and never made it to the U.K. If you believe dpd

For you guys in the UK with missing cards, check your legal rights. I am sure EVGA will do what they can to help you but in any case you should be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Citizen advice website. States 30 days to make a claim.

Happy days.. My FTW3 has just turned up shipped over night from the Netherlands to the UK to my door. Just amazing
