DLL error with new PX1?

Hey fellas.... If it aint broke..... Just updated to the newest PX1 1.19 from last 1.18. 1.18 worked fine other then the loading profile ongoing issue on reboot. Did the update and it ran the firmware update tool and I rebooted just to be safe. Now when PX1 loads I get a quick windows pop-up something to the effect of some Dll issue and RBar is disabled. Yes, everything is up to date, Bios, Nvidia driver, etc. Anyone know what this dll issue is? Probably need to roll back or reinstall. This PX1 stuff is getting old.....

    Still saw the error. Only saw it for a split second. 
    px1 still works finally apparently.
