DG Tuner, Can't disable EVGA Sync

Hey guys, I switched out the USB cable from my CLC to the DG-77 so that I can run DG Tuner and also have the EVGA logo LED's light up, but every time I try to adjust the LED's, I am told that I must first disable EVGA Sync. The only problem is that when I click on it, it doesn't do anything. Am I doing something wrong here?

    Hello Tweaked,
    did you mean that you plugged the USB cable from the CLC into the DG-77 case controller? If so you need to plug the 2.0 header from the CLC that you plugged into the dg-77 back into the motherboard as the header only has one interface to the motherboard being that USB 2.0 header, it needs to be plugged into the motherboard in order for the CLC software to read it.

    No, I have USB headers for both the CLC and the DG-77 plugged into a splitter on the motherboard header. Neither are plugged into the case controller. I have also tried just the DG-77 header plugged directly into the motherboard and have the same issue. In addition, I have reset both applications to defaults, and have tried reinstalling them. Neither of those options helped.

    Have you tried manually removed registry entries after you uninstalled & reboot. Then with just the case plugged directly into the USB header - reinstall as admin ?
