There are these guys from where I live, Brazil, Teclab, that are associated with Cybenetics, and make certification as well. After seeing some videos that they made, with 80plus crap PSU, I no longer take word for a 80plus certification. Instead, I usually go to Cybenetics website, look at their Database to see if there is any test with the specific PSU, and theeen, say if it's good or bad PSU. If anyone is interested, this is their Database: https://cybenetics.com/index.php?option=database
Also, if you want to see a video from then, explaining the "why" and "because" of 80plus beeing Crap nowadays, here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPj0si3CIwg
(portuguese video, subtitled in english).

The 80plus certification is certainly weak in many areas.
