Hello everyone,
 
Here are some generic reasons why the promotion page may not let you redeem your promotions based on your region:
US and EU: You purchased from a store other than EVGA.com or EVGA_Official on ebay. This should be shown on the page with a highlighted background. 
Your purchase was before the date the promotion started. 
 
AU: Your serial number already had the promotion redeemed. 
Another person has registered that same serial number on our system. 
Your invoice image needs to have the serial number AND invoice in the same photo when you upload it.
 
If you want more specific information for the US please email support@evga.com
for the EU please email SupportEU@evga.com
for AU please email SupportTW@evga.com

first i joined this site years ago , you guys been sending me emails as a member since 2003; now it claims i am a new member and am restricted in replying to emails.
 
In the snowman event, kf2 (Killing Floor 2) hard server you guys block me from it, after i made it to third place in points. The server locks up while i am playing, but others on team get to keep right on playing, no problems at all. NONE of the other dx11 64b ver 1075 kf2 servers hav this lock-up issue, just the team evga ny hard ping 112.
 
I just loged onto steam about an hour ago and i been kicked off the evga team server twice (game locks up.)

man i think i missed out on every promotion and discount ever. bought 1x 2080ti ultra xc2 and 2x 2080ti ftw3 hydro copper. Thats $4500 right there. But when i went to get the psu i had to pay full price. And even the stupid powerlink they had a promotion and were offering them free. The next day when i went to buy i didnt get any free link and had to pay. Just getting annoyed i dished out close to $5k in 1 month and didnt get anything while i keep seeing everyone get free-bees
