EVGA, your support for Australian customers is an absolute joke. Taiwan either don't answer their phones or reply to my emails with very confused information. When I call EVGA US, although they are more helpful, they simply direct me to Taiwan who are no help. How exactly do I get my key for Ghost Recon? Do I need to upload the invoice generated automatically by the EVGA website? Surely this is done automatically as I have purchased through EVGA directly. Some help please.

I'm confused as to the time difference here as well, are you referring to the upcoming Monday (22nd of May) or do you mean the Monday just gone (15th May)?
Just got my card today. And I also don't see the "Request" button for the key. All i see is The promotion is closed. I pre-ordered my FTW3 Elite White on May 7 before the promotion ended May 9. Help?

I'm interested in this too. I remember seeing EVGA mention that FTW3 preorders would be eligible for the Prepare for Battle promo even though we wouldn't get them until it was over. Does this also apply if we upgrade to Elite and waited even longer? My product shows up but it also says promotion is closed. EDIT: EVGA_JacobF
If you purchased or preordered before today you will still be able to claim the code.

I have a similar problem posted above. Purchased my 1080ti from Australian retailer today (UMART), created my account and registered the card and uploaded the invoice. I can submit a request for a code for Rad Rogers, but Destiny 2 page does not even have a Request button for me. Can someone please organize this or point me to the correct department to get this sorted? I don't want to miss out on the Destiny 2 promo since I pretty much purchased the card as soon as the promotion was announced.

I'm having the same issue as some other people here. Purchased a GTX 1080 ti from PB technologies in New Zealand. Registered my product, uploaded the invoice but cannot find the "Request button anywhere. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong. Any help would be nice :)

Grrr, I got my 1080 TI FTW3 days before they started this promo, and just after they ended the last promo... Not that I had much choice when I got it, it was a Pre-Order that took 2-3 months to fulfill. :(

You cannot request what you are not approved for because you did not buy the card from EVGA's Website.

Here's a link to the AU Nvidia website: geforce.com/graphics-cards/geforce/pascal/sea/destiny2 I have also confirmed this by talking to Nvidia AU/NZ, MSI manufacturer as well as 2 well known brick and mortar retailers (Scorptec and Umart). All sources have confirmed the following steps: Purchase your card. Register your card with the manufacturer. Upload proof of purchase. Receive code to activate via Geforce Experience app and then through Battlenet App to get Destiny 2. The same process worked for my previous purchases of MSI 1080 and MSI Gaming Laptop to claim Division as well as Ghost Recon Wildlands. If you check EVGA's website, it lists the same steps, it does not mention 'only purchased via EVGA store'. Also, other manufacturers like MSI, Gigabyte, Inno3d etc don't have direct sale channels. Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after June 6, 2017 from EVGA.com LinkIf the bundle is not showing after successfully registering your EVGA product to your EVGA account, then it is possible that you did not purchase your product from the EVGA online store.

From my understanding of the text there, I can purchase, register the product, upload the invoice, click the Request button and THEN it takes them 1-3 days to process the request. Just like I could Request the key for Rad Rodgers yesterday and it will take them 1-3 days to get me the code. I am assuming upto step 3 is automated via the website, the only manual step is them verifying my invoice AFTER I request for the Destiny 2 code? I don't think they will verify my invoice first (1-3 days) to enable the Request button, and then take another 1-3 days to process my request for the key. I could be wrong, but am going by the steps I did previously with MSI. Purchased product, registered product, uploaded receipt, hit Request button....waited for some 3 days or so, got my code. I purchased/registered and uploaded the invoice via my Member page yesterday.

Yea I just tried the Rad Rogers game myself and that worked correctly. I entered in the age verification and it took me through the the page that had the request button on it. I just went back to the Destiny 2 AU EVGA page and the Request button is now showing up but it doesn't link to the correct page. The page displays "Oops! We couldn't find what you're looking for" and in the address bar it says "rocket-league-got-boost" between the slashes.

Yep completed step 1 and 2....there is no Request as per step 3, which is the problem.
I could request for the other promotion game (Rad Rodgers), as it had a Request button. The EVGA AU promotion page for Destiny 2 has no Request button.

You may need to email the to take a look.
Has it been 3 days, and this is a Weekend so you may have to wait until Monday.

You have a whole new set of Rules. Australia Rules that EVGA and NVIDIA Must Follow so really it is just the way it is.

You should put Australia for your location in the Forum Under it would save a lot of time for everyone.
Yea I just tried the Rad Rogers game myself and that worked correctly. I entered in the age verification and it took me through the the page that had the request button on it. That was why I posted: "The EVGA AU promotion page for Destiny 2 has no Request button." This was Broken on the US Website as well. You may need to email the webmaster@evga.com to take a look. http://au.evga.com/community/SoftwareBundles.asp I have problems with the AU site from the US so it is really hard to work on that website for me from the USA. You should put Australia for your location in the Forum Under User Control Panel it would save a lot of time for everyone.

How long does the promo last?
Please start by reading the terms and conditions of the promotion on nvidia's website. The very first line in paragraph 2 states: Game code offer good beginning June 13, 2017 through June 27, 2017 or while supplies last.
