I had sent a 1070 FTW for RMA , it was received 2 days ago on their end but nothing has changed on the RMA section of my account is that typical until the new card gets sent out or is there a hiccup that may have occurred?
(I am aware of the 1-3 days send out period)

    I show that your RMA is already on it's way back to you. It can take a business day after an item arrives for it to be checked into our system, then up to 3 business days to process.
