I’ve been notified by UPS that the PSU shipped by EVGA is being delayed by a day (already took 7 days to get here) and now I’m worried that I won’t get my collateral back if I ship using normal ground, yet, I don’t want to spend $80 3-day shipping a BQ750 (that’s more than I paid for the PSU NEW!).
The RMA directions also state that I should ship using the box I receive the PSU in… but that’s sounding a bit far-fetched if I want the PSU back in EVGA’s hands in time for my collateral.
I’ve tried looking for a way to contact EVGA directly tied to my open RMA but couldn’t find anything on the site besides a phone number- which I’ll be calling come Monday.
Any other RMA shipping “horror stories”?
