Yes The Supplemental PCIe power is in the lower left corner Manual Z390 Dark page 18(excerpt) Supplemental PCIe 6-pin Power Connector There is a 6-pin PCIe connector at the bottom of the motherboard (See Page 40 for more specifics to the connector itself, and associated wiring/pinouts). This connector provides dedicated power to the PCIe x16 slots, augmenting the +12V power provided by the 24-pin and the GPU directly. This is optional for a single card solution, but is recommended for SLI, CFX, and dual-processor video cards.

Thanks Cool GTX I completed part 1 of this build. Part 2 is dual 2080 Ti FTW3 . part 3 is do more cable management. but this I will do later. Problems I faced so far: 1. Paint comes off easily on the PSU shroud and the Cable management shroud. I don't like this at all but I can live with it. 2. the cut out for cable management is very close to the motherboard so I am not really taking advantage of the inverted motherboard connector. for CPU i managed it somehow but for the motherboard I had to do it like you seeing in the photo. 3. the 1080 ti's from my previous build had 2 slot spacing between them. I can't use the HB bridge. so I had to use the SLi bridge that came with the motherboard. 4. As you see the NZXT is not lighting up on the pump. it is because the usb cable is a straight cable and the memory stick is very tall I can't put the cable . So I need to look for an angled cable or something. I saw a build using an angled connector . not sure where did he get it from. Not sure where to get 1 slot spacing HB SLi bridge ... and that angled usb to usb header cable ... any ideas ?

Z390 Dark will work with 2 slot spacing HB SLI bridge.

Hello Cool GTX. I am looking for GTX HB SLi bridges not NV-Link SLi bridges. I already ordered that Gigabyte bridge. I hate that SLi bridge from the motherboard. and I am noticing some stuttering as well. Most of the consumers buying Z390 platforms probably will have at least 10 series cards. which takes advantage the HB bridge. a standard HB bridge should be included in the box. at least for high end motherboards. My humble opinion

Looks nice with all the RGB lighting on the case. I know a lot of people don't like the rainbow effect but I think of just being in control of the colors I want to display and can see that being very awesome.

Thanks Hoggle. I need to do some work on the cabling of the fans. each fan has 2 cables one goes to commander pro and one goes to RGB hub. so many cables to make RGB working. and i have 7 fans. and RGB hub only six. so i need a splitter or get another RGB. hub. I have cooler in a pull setup from the inside of the case. Thinking of getting fans to push. but i think this will be too many fans. The main things I want to do now is to somehow find a cable that can fit the cooler with the current memory to light it up, install the evga power link when I get it, and get 2x 2080 Ti FTWs. but this can wait a little bit. I want a cable like what is used in the photo. because the normal cable won't fit with the memory I have. If anyone knows from where to get one, i'll appreciate it.

I hear you loud and clear as I have 15 fans in my Corsaor 1000D chassis using iCUE for the RGB effects.

Nice. How many RGB hubs do you have in there ? And from where did you get them ? I am looking for only getting the hub but it seems I need to buy a 3 LL fan pack to get it ?

In the 1000D you get a Commander Pro by default in the case. You can also order any additional parts from the Corsair website.

This is best compatibility between motherboard and PC case if you look cable management. I never saw that before. Excellent components.

This is a nice case. I like it very much. But there are lots of room for improvement. First , the paint it peels off easily. Second , the cable management cutouts are very close to this mother board. ATX would have been perfect . but and E-ATX , not so much. rjohnson11 No I do not see this. I have the 1000D Corsair Commander Pro, a 2nd Corsair Commander Pro, and two Corsair Lighting Node pros
Must have been a cabling night mare for you ... I need to check why the Commander Pro is showing this weird error. I reinserted the cable and it went away , but came back again. But the ICUE software is working perfectly fine. I managed to fix the cable I am looking for form an old Corsair H100i from back in the day. I just remembered this cable by luck It didn't work when I connected it to the USB header on commander pro Would have been nice but it's ok. I used the second USB 2.0 header on the motherboard. Love the blue

Hello Guys. Another small cosmetic upgrade, Evga Power Link , Managed to route the 24-pin cable properly , and got that HB SLI bridge. Still would have been happier to get the Evga bridge. Anyway , this will go out soon and replaced with 2080 Ti's.
