Just so you don't have to spend an additional $170+ on a second Vengeance RGB Pro 2-module dual-channel kit to make your memory area look "complete," Corsair has come up with a $40 quick-fix, the Vengeance RGB Pro Light Enhancement Kit (model: CMWLEKIT2W/B). These are dummy modules that look exactly like real Vengeance RGB Pro, and fill up the vacant memory slots on your motherboard. Actually it is a rather neat idea especially if you have 8 slots such as those motherboards with Threadripper. Then you can take advantage of full Corsair iCUE software across all of the slots.

Wow. I think that's brilliant! Hope they make this for quad channel memory too. Most won't have all lanes filled up anyways.

It's a pretty good idea since I could see people wanting the look of all memory slots being filled. I wonder how long before EVGA starts to release cards that plug in to make it look like you have SLI RGB video cards.

I'm gonna start selling customized stickers with led strips behind them. Select your components and we print it. You put the full window sticker on your rigs window and voila. Show off that 2080ti nvlink x299 water-cooled setup you wish your z270 was. 😂

OK, looks good .... I see a possible disaster from scammers on returns .....
I hope there is an easy way to confirm they are Not RAM .. without putting in a tester

I hope there is an easy way to confirm they are Not RAM .. without putting in a tester
Just spitballing but I bet it only has a few contacts on it. Probably on just a plastic insert. I can't see them eating the cost to put a full lookalike stick in these unless it's failed ram with the contacts fused off.

fake RAM has been around a long time, back with DDR2 and onwards
