Looks like 3 servers are down.  One is the Core 22    https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats

Looks like it's still down, along with 0x21 (unless that's the same thing). I'm getting a message in the error log reading "CORE_OUTDATED (110 = 0x6e)." The status of the GPU slot is stuck on "Update_Core" and says it's "Waiting On FahCore Update." I tried deleting the work unit's .dat file and removed the GPU folding slot and re-adding it, but it just picked up a new WU that is also stuck. I guess I could keep removing the GPU slot until I get lucky and find a WU that isn't on server 22 or 21.

"removing the GPU slot" will not change anything.
Finish the Current WU then Pause Save then Exit the Client Tool.
Then Delete the Folder inside of ProgramData\FAHClient\cores\
Then Remove the Beta Flag if used.
This will force a Core File Update.
You may also want to restart your Network and clear it out.

I deleted the folder named "cores" in AppData\Roaming\FAHClient. The client didn't recreate the GPU core folder once I restarted the client. The GPU is still stuck on the same WU. I'm not sure what you mean by restarting my network. I've got a router I could reset, but given that it's only affecting the GPU folding slot and not the CPU folding slot, I'll save that as a last resort.

Then Delete the Folder inside of \ProgramData\FAHClient\cores\
Exit the Client and delete All the FILES inside of this Folder NOT the Folder. \ProgramData\FAHClient\work
You may have to Kill the Running Task if you cannot delete the FILES from the work folder.
    Then re-start your Computer.
