Hello, as I've stated in the topic, can I convert my watercooled EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB PhysX CUDA ( 04G-P4-2989-KR ) to fan cooling? Does it have the fan power connector? Will it fit a reference cooler?

I'm replacing my GTX980 with a 1080TI so I'm planing to put the 980 in my dedicated folding at home server, and IT does not have watercooling.....

A reference gtx 980 cooler will fit it if you can find one.

I found a EVGA GTX 980 SC cooler, I wonder if that will fit. I assume it will.

like sajin says a reference style cooler from that series of cards  [970-980ti ]  should fit all reference style PCB's cards [970-980ti]  but the aftermarket  cards pcb and coolers may not  or will not   . reference is reference   [opinion]  aftermarket pcb card have changes from the manufacture  that can differ in the pcb a lot   cant say if a 960 or 950 card would [???]  the 980 hydro  is a standard NVidia speced reference PCB
