I bought a EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750G Gold Power Supply Back in Feb of 2013. I had minor issues here and there nothing major cord to short what not. Well about a week ago kept freezing on loading windows randomly shutting off computer I was in the process of upgrading anyways I kept this PSU in old computer. Gave it to son it was doing random shutoffs. I decided to upgrade it for my son. I put in new MOBO CPU RAM the whole shebang. Still had issues contacted EVGA customer service told them everything I have done. They said yes probably go ahead and RMA it. I got brand new PSU today was actually floored. Only complaint I would have to say is missing handle on the back that was big reason I bought the first one but hey not gonna complain to much. Shout out to Anthony for helping with RMA smooth process I did have Advanced RMA so there is that. I will be getting it again for new PSU.
I understand this is for question I understand alot of complaints happen but figured I would post something positive about RMA process to let people know that not all RMA processes are pain in the rear end. Probably alot of them go by without a hitch and people don't post hey thanks for smooth RMA process.
