The configuration will show you what your expected heat output is and what the radiator will handle
It helped me determine if going to a slimmer radiator in the top of my case (to clear the VRM ) would have a negative affect. Still well over in cooling capacity versus expected thermal load of my CPU and GPU. This is with a 240 SE series for the top of the case and an 420 CE series for the 2nd radiator

One thing I just realized is the vertical radiator mount only supports 3x120mm. I'll have to mount my radiator (280mm, 2x140mm) on the top until I can make a custom loop.
