This is like the 3rd or 4th major CEO in the last few months that has had a CEO resign or fired for failure to abide by a company code of conduct. The resignation was due to personal behavior. However on a positive note I am glad that company's board of directors are standing by their rules and that no one is above the rules not even the CEO.

    Thing is often these CEO’s are paid enough in one year that they could retire easy. CEO of Intel could spend a million a year for the rest of his life. At that point I don’t think people really feel they are punished for bad behavior.
